Hunt For Harald's Gold:
A Scottish DNA Love Story.

The bullet made its impact, and the Nigerian youth, Daya-Goro, convulsed briefly before collapsing. Witnessing this, Doctor Billie Skye swiftly took down the soldier responsible and his two comrades. Despite the severity of the shot, the boy's arm remained attached, unmarred by blood—a bewildering introduction for Dr. Billie Skye to bulletproof skin.

Half a decade later, a mission is underway to assassinate Billie in Scotland, initiated by Big Johnson Mambo-Sambo, the self-declared dictator of Nigeria, who has recruited Daa-Goro for the task and has mistaken Billie for her twin brother, Willie. Now living as Fiona escapes detection by Tucker Blue, Billie's fated love, who unwittingly becomes involved with Fiona under the false impression she is Billie.

Fiona's actual mission is to safeguard Billie from the assassination attempt while orchestrating the rescue of 100 Nigerian girls abducted by Big for illegal organ harvesting at the covert C.O.T.S. Institute on the Isle of Skye.

Meanwhile, Tucker and Billie join other couples, united by destiny, in a quest across Scotland for a colossal gold nugget left by Viking King Harald Hardrada, a quest entwined with the promise of summoning a legendary force to reclaim Scottish independence through ancient magic.

In this land of scientific marvels and legends, Billie Skye enchants Tucker's heart, rendering him indifferent to the mythical narratives of their surroundings. However, the revelation of Billie's involvement with the C.O.T.S. Institute complicates their journey.

As the story unfolds, it weaves a rich tapestry of characters, from a centuries-old witch offering hints for the treasure hunt to a diverse cast including criminals, law enforcement, and a unique squadron of drones, promising a tale filled with humor, intrigue, and romance in Jack Dancer's latest novel.
